Anxiety Meditation





I honestly try to meditate but I find it very challenging. There is always something buzzing around in my head or more often than not something annoying from outside.

I feel disconnected from the world. There is so much going on that is disturbing and I can do nothing about it.

One should not worry about what one cannot control however if it controls you then what is one to do? There are conditions on which you are forced to follow whether one believes them to be right or wrong. Steering you on to a path that you do not wish to follow so the anger builds, eating away like a cancer.

Oh well such is life and then they hang you!
