Reflectivity

I wonder sometimes what the world is coming to and how some people can live their live oblivious to the fact that all our actions have an effect on someone or something. Some people will of course continue to pursue these actions knowing full well what they are doing.

From broken relationships to bullying at work the human being is continually at odds with the world.

Trying to stop oneself from falling into the circle of doubt, guilt, hate, anger, frustration and depression certainly is very difficult, especially when you have to face it everyday or every other day.
Just when things are looking up along comes a downer that sucks the life out of you.
It could be a family member, some senior workplace person, it could even be some incident that takes you back to that circle that we all so desperately want to avoid.

No one wants to constantly be in a state of limbo, too scared to do something or say something for fear of retribution or far worst, offend someone or something.
No one wants to be controlled or manipulated. All we all really want is to be understood and accepted.

What annoys me is that the so called professionals insist you face up to things and challenge them. Grab the bull by the horns.
They will tell you there are laws to protect you from bullying, there are family centres to assist when relationships, family or money problems come by.
What a crock of shit!
Bullying laws are as useless as tits on a bull and these so called community aid centres are just a meeting place for those that have nothing better to do or more likely if you do have a serious issue you will have to wait a few weeks to see some one as they are flooded with people and their problems.

Fortunately I am blessed to have someone by my side who knows where I am at and where I am going.

There is always light at the end of the tunnel so the problems we all face today will make us stronger for when we face them tomorrow.
There is no such things as problems only opportunities.
It is quite simply how one looks at the problem you face, the opportunity is there for you to change it to your advantage, turn it around.
No one said it was easy, after all most of us have been programmed to believe certain things to be the reality of life.
We need to re-programme our thinking to become the person we were meant to be.
