KB and Whitesnakes Pantry

One of the things that really pisses me off about cooking programs is their pantry.
They say that their pantry is an average everyday one.............. who the fuck are they kidding.......??????

So I have decided or rather KB and I have decided ta share some recipes where the REAL people can cook ............................with stuff that REAL people have in their cupboards.
Ok........a simple tomato salad
Dice tomatoes..........put in a large bowl... that means either outta of tin or ya have ta chop em up.....If ya use em outta of a tin drain the fuckers and keep the juice.....for some other dish.....always SAVE JUICES AND STORE in the freeze for another dish.......waste as little as possible.......

Season with salt and black pepper.ground black if possible and sea salt if ya can..if not its OK just what ya have.
Onion..........slice and dice a red one if ya have it but a normal one is OK and fine and dandy....add ta tomatoes.....garlic cloves finally diced or if ya have the jar garlic a couple of teaspoons......mix......
Now get some olive oil and balsamic vinegar and mixed together...
Right......no olive oil and no Balsamic......
NO problem.....any oil except engine..and use normal vinegar add soy sauce if ya have it.....just a splash... if not who cares.........????
Mix well and pour over tomatoes and onions and garlic.
get fresh Basil ..tear into pieces and add to the dish.......dried basil will be fine ......if ya have nothing  that's cool too....sometimes I have used fresh mint.......it's all good
Just make sure the dish ain't too watery......
Is great with all meats.........Beef, chicken, lamb, pork and even some fish...excellent with veal as well....

Ok first recipe ..........DONE!

Whitesnakes do it better.......wait till I get ta the Yorkshire Puds.......

I am perusing the workings of your mind, but wanted to say that sounds a yummy recipe. Pretty simple really, but I might make yours just because I love the directions. Made me titter, therefore worthy of a go around.
