It is the season to be jolly, cheerful and looking after our
fellow man.
I am NOT feeling the love people!
I remember when I was young a long, long time ago in the distant
past well before your Jesus and Mohammed started up their businesses, we use to
get a Christmas stocking and in it were wonderful treats.
We would get an orange, an apple and sometimes a pear. There
would be a bag of assorted nuts still in
their shells. Then there were the sweets. Liquorice allsorts and small boxes of
various chocolate delights and the usual shop brought Christmas stocking with
other sweets and of course a candy cane or Blackpool
rock.
It was all kind of simple but always nice.
