The picture is another flag that the government here in New Zealand want to put forward as a fifth option. personally I think it is plain and represents nothing of any relevance.
Of course there are the fifteen thousand signatures that petitioned for this option be included out of a population of approximately 4.5 million New Zealanders who think that this flag represents this great country. I have no idea why Kiwis want to change the flag anyway. Personally I think it is a waste of money that could be spent where it is needed most, education, health maybe?
We have better and more important things to spend taxpayers money on.
