Whitesnake in waiting

The clouds cover the blue sky blotting out the sun for now.
The last week or so has been hot and sometimes muggy. My thoughts have not been concerned with this minor irritation but with our wedding.
We have done all the ground work and the important things other than the what are we going to wear.
A menu has been done, wines have been brought and hidden away. Everything else has to wait till the final week food, beers, ice etc and then the cooking the day before. Nothing too difficult, just the chicken starter and the cake, all the salads can be thrown together in the morning  of the wedding and the steaks will be cooked on the BBQ as per requirements.
The excitement is incredible but the wait now begins and I hate waiting!
