Customer service gone to far



Customer Service is the new big thing with businesses these days, however there is a trend that shows that the type of customer that the business industry is encouraging is a self centred, arrogant, ignorant and someone who thinks they are the be and all of business.
Customers deserve the best service possible but there needs to be a limit as to how far customer service goes. There has to be a cut off point. The customer is not always right, especially when they abuse the system/service that is provided to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business.
