Whitesnake Keeps it up

Weird or What?

It has been quite a week this week that was.
KB and I both heard directly and indirectly from our ex's. Both are doing just fine and dandy. It is strange that when we do hear from them they do tend to come in tandem is that weird or what?

Both of us started taking exercising more seriously. I even went for a run around the local soccer ovals. I say ovals, because there are about 5 all next to each other and I jogged around the perimeter of them all. Unfortunately I didn't make it all the way. However I was only about the width of one pitch short of making it right the way round. Considering I haven't done any of that type of stuff for ages I was pretty proud I made it that far. After a brief rest I took Coco for a run. the poor bugga hasn't been the same since. When the lead comes out she doesn't appear to be as enthusiastic as normal. Always gives me the evil eye as if to say that she knows what I am up too.

Night time Skies

My shifts have been up and down due to other employees not turning up for work and worse still not even phoning to say they won't be in. It seems that some people over hear think that this is standard procedure and they have no sense of responsibility for their actions. Just like today. KB and I went out to do our shopping and some totally stupid person came up from our right hand side came across one lane then straight across in front of us and zipped into the service station not a care in the world for anything that may have happened. On the way home we had another car zip in front of us only to slam on the brakes because some tosser had decided that they needed to turn at the lights from the wrong lane. Then we have these wankers that have these really big vehicles that they have no idea how to drive. I figure they drive these monsters to compensate for lack of any matter between their ears

That's my whinge for the week!

KB has been keeping up appearances on our joint blog KB and Whitesnakes Home.

Simply Delish has been motoring along and soon we will be doing some of your recipes. There really is so much out there and keeping it simple surely helps all of us to appreciate great tasting food.
I am trying to get some of my visitors from other countries to send a recipe we can try. So all those that  my pass through my blog please take the time to visit Simply Delish and leave your mark there.

The walkabouts have been fantastic we are truly blessed with the places we can go to that are just a short drive away. I guess every country is the same. You forget what beautiful sights there are just within a few miles of your home.
Keeping up with KB tackles coffee intake and moods that come and go. She also looks at Facebook and information privacy.
The most touching post for me was her call to her daughter written in her 55 Missing You.
It reminded me of how much I miss my kids even though they are all grown up. My tribute to them can be found on my COT

I have a brother coming over next month and I am really looking forward to that. His wife always gives out the best hugs.

The Ole Whitesnake

These days although I am getting more regular time off from work I find my posting is becoming less. I do enjoy doing these catch up posts. I love the idea of sharing ups and downs of life with others. It some how helps to cope with the hustle and bustle of life.

So, work is good, life is good and my KB is just perfect.
