Anybody who has time to respond to EVERY response their work receives (probably) isn't a working/professional writer, they're extraordinary, or they schedule REALLY well.
That's what blanket "thank-you"s and the "acknowledgements" section of a book are for. :)
Writing a poem is response enough.
